KLIC for Kids

KLIC for Kids is an after school program from 3:30 until 5:00pm for children between the ages of 10 to 14.  The class size is limited to only 6 children and 1 volunteer highschool student.  One parent volunteer helps with driving to locations if applicable.  Students learn hands-on the art of photography through experiments, creative use of design, light and subject matter with the guided direction of a professional photographer.  The program runs twice a year for a consecutive 6 week span and it follows with a public exhibit the next consecutive week.  Each child produces several photographs, 2 of which are selected for the exhibit held at the studio of KLIC Photographic Design, 3984 Victoria Avenue, Vineland.  The children are required to bring their own digital cameras and an afternoon snack.  The cost of the program is $60.00 + gst.  Expectations are to develop proper composition, the use of positive and negative space, perspective, and awareness of artistic talents.  This fun and inviting program inspires the photographer in all of us!
