[...] KLIC Photographic Design accepted the offer to volunteer our services for the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation Holiday House Tour of Distinctive Homes in Wine Country. It was an honour to be the official photographer for the fundraising event. We were given free reign to photograph detail shots of the 8 choosen sites as well as overall room displays. The houses looked fabulous and it was amazing to see how much work went into the displays from the design teams involved. [...] I, Kelly Marie Schmidt was proud to volunteer for the Lamplight Tour this year in Vineland Station. It was great to be apart of an event so local to my home. I was asked to be a greeter for the play on the bridge at the experimental farm at the end of Victoria Avenue. The first night was warm with a thick fog, perfect for the ambience of the reinactment. Night after night became colder and colder…Of course, I got a runny nose from the experience but it was well worth it. The actors did a great job and kept me listening again and again. The final night the producers hosted a dinner for all of the volunteers with great food and great company.
